Every call and DM, answered and booked.
Ping Booked texts back your missed calls, answers your Instagram DMs and books the job on your calendar, then asks happy customers for a Google review. All while you're under a car.
Sample conversation for demonstration
Stop losing jobs to the next detailer
When you can't pick up, most customers don't wait. They message someone else. Ping Booked replies in seconds, so they stay yours.
Missed-call text-back
If you can't answer, the caller gets a friendly text right away asking what they need and offering to book.
Instagram DM booking bot
Customers DM you at 10pm. The bot answers questions, collects the vehicle details and books them onto your calendar.
Review booster
After each job, customers get a text asking for a Google review, so happy customers turn into more 5-star reviews.
Booking calendar
Your hours, your job lengths, your rules. Customers pick an open time and it lands on your calendar.
Past-customer reactivation
Text people who've booked before, with their ok, when it's time for another detail or you have open slots.
Website chat
Add a chat to your site so visitors can ask questions and book a time without calling.

What are missed calls and DMs costing you?
Move the sliders to match your shop. It's an estimate from your own numbers, not a promise.
Estimate = missed per week × 4.33 weeks × share that would book × job price.
Quick answers
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. We can set up a new local number that rings your cell, or forward your current number. Either way you keep answering your own calls.
Will it sound like a robot?
The DM bot is an AI assistant for your business, and it says so if asked. It follows your rules and hands the chat to you when you want to take over.
Does it work with my Instagram?
It works with Instagram Professional (Business or Creator) accounts linked to a Facebook Page. We help you connect it.
